1-year warranty on all tools and a 6-month warranty on batteries, against manufacturing defects.

What's covered

Every CleanCut Garden tool is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Batteries are covered for 6 months.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. blade dulling, chain stretch).
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Consumable parts such as blades, chains and filters.

How to make a claim

Contact support@cleancutgarden.com with your order number and a description or photos of the issue.
