What coatings can I use?
Use only paints, stains or finishes identified by their manufacturer as suitable for an electric or HVLP sprayer. Follow the label for thinning, filtering, ventilation and protective equipment.
How do I get a more even finish?
Prepare the surface, test on scrap, keep the sprayer square to the surface, maintain a consistent distance and overlap each pass evenly without dwelling in one area.
How should I clean the HVLP sprayer?
Disconnect the battery, empty remaining material and clean every part of the fluid path using the cleaning method recommended for the coating. Do this before residue dries.
